Sh. K. K. Sharma, OSD & Secretary designate in Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India visited today at the Temporary Academic Block (TAB) Central University of Jammu to seek an update of the ongoing works and appraisal of the working status of Central University of Jammu. He was accompanied with Prof. Ajit Angral, Nodal Principal of Science College.

The Vice-Chancellor of Central University of Jammu Prof. Ashok Aima made a power point presentation & apprised him about the ongoing construction, achievements in academic & research, status of intake of students & faculty etc. He highlighted the students & teachers represents the 17 states of the country reflecting the national character of the Central University of Jammu.

Speaking on the occasion Sh. K.K. Sharma laid stress o integration of skill development in education for capacity building & research. He further said that sense of accountability is essential for all of us to achieve comprehensive development of our university system. He also interacted with the teaching & non-teachings staff of Central University of Jammu and appreciated the initiatives and efforts made by Prof. Ashok Aima, VC CUJ in achieving the desired academic standards. During this interaction all the Head & Deans of various departments and members of no-teachings were also present on this occasion.
