• Department of Educational Studies is dedicated to develop a symbiotic and synergetic relationship with the educational experts, planners and policy makers, Institutions of School Education and Institutions of Higher Education.

• The Department has a team of emerging area experts who are working as liaison between the educational stake holders at different levels and the Department.

• Recently the Central University of Jammu has signed a MoU with the Central University of Kashmir and Central University of Himachal Pradesh to ensure the quality of higher education in the region. As a result, the Department of Educational Studies conjoined with the Department of Education at Central University of Kashmir and Central University of Himachal Pradesh are working on a common curriculum for M.Ed. Programme and credit transfer policy.
