Mission

The mission of DoCCS is to provide high-quality education in chemical sciences at undergraduate and postgraduate levels that prepares the graduates for productive careers in chemistry and related fields. The students are expected to obtain a broad understanding of chemistry, and learn to think critically and communicate effectively in oral and written forms. The department provides a creative and supportive atmosphere for faculty-mentored research and student-centered learning.
