List of candidates called for counselling (UG courses)

The candidates who have appeared in CUCET-2016 and are desirous for seeking admission in any Course of their choice for five year Integrated B.Sc-M.Sc Course in Chemistry, Physics, Botany, Zoology and B.Voc in Tourism, B.Voc in  Retail Management and Diploma in Beauty and wellness are required to visit the website and see the status of their merit point.

There are 15 seats in unreserved category for integrated courses and first fifteen candidates falling in order of merit shall be considered.In case, the candidates in first fifteen in order of merit fail to join counselling session, the next in order of merit shall be considered.

The number of seats in B.Voc Course and Diploma in Beauty and Wellness is 50, out of which 25 are unreserved and 25 for reserved category

The candidates who fall in first fifteen and cannot arrive at the counselling session; such candidates may contact the phone numbers given below (also available on the website) so that they may be facilitated to seek provisional admission. Such candidates shall send self attested scanned copy of their documents for verification on mail id cujadmission@gmail.com.The candidates shall be given a Bank Account no where they can deposit the prescribed fees. The bank shall verify the candidature of the candidates through their genuine ID and permit for the deposit of the fees.

The prescribed fees for each course has been mentioned in the prospectus uploaded on the website of the University. The ID of University website is cujammu.ac.in.

The candidates are required to update themselves through the website of the university.

The admission through counselling shall be held on June 22, 2016 at 10 am and at 3:00pm for list uploaded for evening session at Temporary Academic Block, Sainik Colony, near Heritage School, Jammu, if seats fall vacant. The candidates who have scored above 120 marks shall be considered in morning session. The candidates are required to bring the following documents alongwith them:

1. The copy of marks card of 10+2 examination issued by a recognised board
2. Category Certificate, if any
3. The copy of Provisional Certificate
4. The copy of Character Certificate
5. D.O.B Certificate
6. 4 passport size photographs
7. CUCET 2016 Admit card
8. CUCET2016 Score card

In case, the candidate fails to submit the required documents in time, fails to provide correct information, the admission of such candidates, if any, shall be rejected.

The candidates shall submit an undertaking alongwith admission form for attending the course regularly.

The candidate in employment shall submit a no objection certificate from the employer, if in service, that the leave due to the candidate has been sanctioned.

The next list of admission shall be uploaded on June 22, 2016 for reserved category and admission will be held on June 23, 2016 at 10:00 am.
