The candidates in the lists whose link is given above are invited for admission to the various U.G. courses (given at the top) in order of merit category wise for the session 2016-17.

The admission through counselling shall be held at Temporary Academic block, Sainik Colony, Near Heritage School, Jammu as per schedule given below:

• If seats remain vacant in any of the reserved category in any department, the same shall be filled in order of merit on 28^th July at 11.00 a.m from the second reserved category list. The second list of candidates of reserved category to be called for counseling, if any, shall be uploaded on website on 27^th July, 2016 (evening).
• In case, the candidates fail to report in time, fails to submit required documents in time, fails to provide correct information, the admission of such candidates, if any, shall not be accepted and next candidate in order of merit ( category wise ) shall be given consideration.
• The candidates shall submit an undertaking along with admission form for attending the course regularly.
• The candidate in employment shall submit a no objection certificate from the employer, if in service, that the leave due to the candidate has been sanctioned.
• The candidate shall visit website i.e. www.cujammu.ac.in for updating themselves with all announcement made from time to time.
• The candidates should bring the following original documents (one set of photocopies) for verification. 

1. CUCET – 2016 Admit Card & Score Card.
2. Date of Birth Certificate.
3. 10+2 Certificate or equivalent certificate
4. Provisional Certificate
5. Character Certificate
6. Valid Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC, wherever applicable) issued by competent authority as per prescribed norms of Government of India.
7. Four passport size photographs.
8. Fees to be paid by candidate in form of DD in favour of Finance Officer, Central University of Jammu payable at Jammu or by cash at the counter set up by HDFC bank at the site of counseling. The fees to be paid have been prescribed in prospectus.
9. Any other document supporting the claim for admission.

In case any candidate cannot come to the University to appear for the counseling session, he/ she may send his/ her  self attested scanned documents to the mail id cujadmission@gmail.com  and on confirmation from the university, should deposit the fees at the account No. which will be provided by the University after the verification of requisite documents. Admission to a course will be offered in order of merit only.

Note: Admission of the candidate shall be subject to the verification of the requisite documents and eligibility criteria.

1. Fee for Integrated M.Sc. Course in Botany, Integrated M.Sc. Course In Zoology, Integrated M.Sc Course in Physics, B.Voc. (Retail Management), B.Voc. (Tourism Management) is Rs 8640/-
2. And for  Diploma in Beauty & Wellness is Rs 5000/-
