About the College

The Community College started functioning in 2015 with an intention of imparting training in skill-based courses in emerging areas. The various programmes are offered in collaboration with industry training partners. The course curriculum is designed in consultation with National Skill Development Corporation of India and Sector Skill Council in line with the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) which is a competency-based framework that organizes all qualifications according to a series of levels of knowledge, skills and aptitude.

At present the College is offering 03 Vocational Degree Programmes at UG Level with different NSQF Levels providing an option of multiple entry and exit. These levels are defined in terms of learning outcomes which are obtained through formal, non-formal or informal learning. The sixty percent course curriculum is skill based and forty percent of the course is based on general education component. The College is working towards meeting the challenge of skilling the youth for industry. This endeavor leads to attaining sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem for socio-economic up-liftment and transformation of the society. The College has taken several initiatives by organizing various events, establishing linkages with the industry for training and placements, conducting collaborative capacity building programmes and outreach activities.

Our mission is to equip individuals for increasing their employability skills and provide them with sustainable livelihood opportunities. The college delivers skill development initiatives in emerging areas for the youth.
