Our academic programmes, including Ph.D., M.A. in Mass Communication and New Media, and B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication, are designed to provide students with a strong foundation in communication theory, research, journalism, and contemporary media practices. A key strength of our department is our fully functional Community Radio Tawi Dhara (91.2 MHz), which provides students with valuable hands-on experience in radio production, programming, content creation, broadcasting, and community communication. Alongside radio, our students receive practical exposure and hands-on training in digital media, film production, documentary production, television production, public relation enabling them to understand and work across the diverse and rapidly evolving media ecosystem. Our emphasis on experiential learning helps students transform academic knowledge into professional skills.
